  • All uploaded and generated images are automatically deleted after 30 days.
  • We may retain certain non-image data (such as purchase history or usage logs) for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

5. Face Data

  • What is collected: Uploaded photos may contain human faces. We do not collect or extract facial landmarks, biometric identifiers, or any other sensitive facial data separately.
  • How it is used: Faces that appear in old photos are processed solely for restoration purposes — such as enhancing clarity, removing damage, or improving quality.
  • Third-party sharing: Uploaded images containing faces are sent securely to third-party AI processing services to generate restoration results.
  • Storage location: Uploaded images are stored securely for processing only and deleted after the retention period.
  • Retention period: All uploaded and generated images (including those containing faces) are automatically deleted after 30 days.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
